Please note: You may
telephone any of the bookshops on the tour at the numbers listed
below in advance of the date and order a personalized and signed
copy of the book. Some stores may have hardback copies of
previous books available. Stuart is willing to sign, but not
personalize, backlist books if you bring them to a signing, however, individual bookstores may have their own rules about this,
perhaps limiting the number of backlist copies signed, so
please phone in advance and inquire about this, if you intend to
bring, say, The Complete Works.
Stuart normally attends signings for one
hour from the advertised time; however, he will stay as long as it
takes to sign the books of anyone still in line at the end of the
hour. Should the crowd diminish earlier than the one-hour time
period, he may leave early, so to avoid disappointment please arrive
as close as possible to the advertised time.
Please note that, since Stuart flies
himself to signings in his own airplane, on rare occasions he
may find it impossible, because of bad weather or mechanical
problems, to arrive for the signings. On these occasions he
will make every effort to sign, at a later date, all the books
ordered either before or at the time of the signing.
